The Star2Star Phone System lets you eliminate multiple vendors which can turn your phone system into a complicated science experiment. We are the service provider, the manufacturer of the phone system and the provider of the actual telephones. We program the phone system and the phones with an easy to understand web configuration tool. We then do one more component that no other service provider can, we monitor our data center, upstream networks, your Internet connection, your office network, our phone system on your premises and the health of each and every phone. If anything stops working at any time of the day or night, we automatically open a service desk ticket to resolve the problem. Our system will resolve many problems automatically. For example, if your Internet connection is compromised, we will use a backup analog line or your cell phones seamlessly until the problem is resolved. Our solution is supported locally by our certified network of dealers and installers who will help design how to configure, install, run and maintain your specific phone system.
