If you think of a phone system installation as a $30,000 project that takes weeks to implement then you should consider changing your expectations. The Star2Star Phone System can be configured using an online web based wizard for most companies in just a few minutes per extension. After that the individual phones are connected. The entire process is usually completed within a few hours.

We have a network of dealers and installers that have been trained to guide you through the entire process. Once your equipment arrives and is plugged-in, it will automatically be updated with your specific configuration.

Our phone system is easy to install. Simply plug it into your Internet port, your existing router (if you have one) and the switch which connects all of the existing network jacks together. At each desk you plug the phone into the jack that the PC was using and plug the PC into the phone. We have a special component that connects your fax machine, burglar alarm and a backup phone line for emergencies. All of these components snap together using regular network and phone cables. Our dealers and installers generally need only a few hours on site to complete the installation.

If you want to reconfigure your settings after installation is complete, simply visit your Star2Star Portal site and your system will automatically be updated. We can even have your voice prompt professionally recorded if you wish. You can almost always keep your old number, thanks to the Number Portability Act. Just complete a porting form and your number should be available within 2-3 weeks. You can run our system side by side your existing system until the number ports finalize or just forward the telephone number to the new system.
