The Star2Star system provides users and system administrators with hundreds of powerful features including unlimited automated attendants, full-featured voicemail, flexible answering options, and a system-wide dial-by-name directory.

Unlike old-fashioned PBX systems, Star2Star doesn't require you to remember obscure codes to perform basic telephone tasks. Most common tasks single-purpose feature buttons right on the phone. Want to transfer a call to another extension? Press the 'Transfer' button and follow the instructions on the phone's LCD screen. Set up a conference call? Press 'Conferenc' and follow the prompts on the screen.

System administration tasks are performed using a simple, web-based portal. Moves, adds, and changes are simple and typically take just a few minutes to accomplish.

One of our most popular features is Find Me / Follow Me roaming, which allows callers to find you no matter where you are. Calls can automatically forward to a cell phone, remote office phone, Star2Star softphone, or any other telephone. Incoming calls can ring all the other locations simultaneously, or in a sequence that you define.
