Reseller Registration

Thank you for your interest in Star2Star's Reseller Training. 

New Reseller

If you are a New Reseller, please submit a Reseller Registration form for each training participant. This will give us the information required to start the process of adding you as a reseller of Star2Star products and services and will put you in touch with your regional Star2Star Sales team (if you haven't already been in contact). Please work with your sales representative to submit the following forms:

Forms

  • Mutual Confidentiality & Nondisclosure Agreement
  • Installing Reseller/Agent Agreement
  • Mobile Experience Kit (MEK) or In-House System Order
  • Automated Payment Authorization (ACH) form
  • Signed W-9
  • Net 30 Terms Application Form

Online Training

Once you have submitted the forms mentioned above, please sign up here for a Star Academy account (if you have not already done so) to complete the online training portion. You must complete the required online courses before we schedule on-site training for your company. Follow these steps:

  1. Please choose the training that applies to you: Technical, Sales, or both. Each training participant must register for his/her own account and complete the assigned courses. 
  2. Once you've signed up and your credentials are verified, your Star Academy account will be activated. Please note that the activation email may be in your spam folder. Once activated, you will be able to access and complete the courses. 
  3. When all prerequisite courses have been completed by all in-person training participants, a member of our training team will get in touch with you to coordinate on-site training.
  4. Upon completion of the training and all related courses, each participant will be issued a Certificate of Completion.

Register For Star Academy Account

Existing Reseller

If you are an Existing Reseller, please submit a Reseller Registration form for each training participant and if you don't already have one, sign up for a Star Academy account. This will allow you to access the online courses required for certification.

Steps For Existing Resellers:

  1. Please choose the training that applies to you: Technical, Sales, or both. Each user must register for his/her own account and complete the assigned courses.

  3. Once activated, you will be able to access and complete the courses. When all courses have been completed, you will be issued a Certificate of Completion.
