TECHNICAL TRAINING ONLINE

To enter the online Technical Training area, click portal.star2star.com and you will be directed to the Star2Star Dealer Portal. Enter your Login credentials and click on the DEALERINFO tab to enter our online resource center, StarPedia. Once in StarPedia, go to Online Training and select Technical Training. Here you will find all of the Technical Training course instructional videos. Please complete each section, in order, and once you have completed the tutorials you may take the Certification Test.

Note: An advanced, in-house technical course for system installation and configuration will be offered as needed. Owners will also be informed of online training for sales agents and a separate two day training for business applications / advanced configuration.
